General Administration

  • Maintenance of all books and records for the community.
  • Enforcement of covenants, bylaws, rules and regulations.
  • Attendance at meetings of the Board of Directors and the Association.
  • Development of specifications and bidding procedures for all contract work.
  • Correspondence with homeowners, unit owners and tenants.
  • Administration of a risk management program and review of property insurance coverage.

Computerized Financial and Accounting Services

  • Preparation of budgets.
  • Collection, posting and deposit of assessments
  • Pursuit of delinquencies.
  • Processing of all accounts payable.
  • Maintenance of general ledger.
  • Preparation of comprehensive financial reports.

General Maintenance

  • Ensure smooth operation and efficient maintenance of all common areas of the community, including 24-hour emergency service.
  • Hire and supervise all contractors and employees consistent with policy and contract requirements.
  • Provide the Board with a comprehensive monthly status report of progress on all projects, violations, delinquincies and important business of the Association.
